Almond Honey

Almonds and Honey Cookies
1/2 cup 112 g butter
1/4 cup 42 g brown sugar
1/2 cup 125 ml honey
1 1 egg
1 tsp 5 ml vanilla
1 1/2 cup 168 g flour
1 tsp 5 g baking powder
1/2 cdta 2.5 g sodium bicarbonate
1/2 cup 75 g almonds
Cream the butter, sugar, honey and egg. Add the vanilla.
Pass the flour, baking powder and bicarbonate through a colander;
add the almonds and the flour to the butter and mix well. Put the
mix on a buttered cookie sheet by teaspoons. Cook in a pre-heated
oven at 400 F (200 C) for 12-15 minutes.
