Angel Food Cookies
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups shortening
12 egg yolks
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 teaspoons orange extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 1/2 cups flour
Cream sugars with shortening, add egg yolks and stir. Mix in baking
powder, extract, salt, baking soda and flour. Roll in a ball and
roll in sugar. Flatten with a glass. Bake at 350 F for 7-12 minutes.
