Florentines

5 or 6 weetbix (crushed)
2 generous handfuls mixed dried fruit
1 can sweetened condensed milk (about 400mls)

Mix everything together, adding enough weetbix until it makes a
sticky mixture that sort of hangs together. Place mixture 1-2cm
deep in very well greased muffin tins. Cook at 170C degrees for 10
to 15 minutes. Let them stand for 5 to 10 minutes before turning
out. Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
