Honey Graham Crackers

1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup oil
2 cups white flour
1/2 cup graham flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3 tablespoons cold water

Cream together brown sugar and shortening. Add honey oil.

Add to the above a mixture of white flour, graham flour, salt baking
soda. Mix together for about three minutes or more adding cold
water.

Divide dough in half. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Roll out
to 12"x10", dusting dough lightly to keep from sticking. Score
dough before baking - make them about 2" square. Prick all over
with a fork. Bake 8-10 minutes in 425 degree oven, til brown Cut
apart while warm but allow to cool on baking sheet.
