This recipe was easier to make that I thought(and I'm a beginer). The cookie part was light and flaky and the nut filling melts in your mouth. I found it was easier to roll the "croissant" after I warmed the balls up in my hands. Everyone loved them and said it reminded them of something their grandma used to make. Thanks for a great recipe.
