Peanut Butter Cup

Reece's Peanut Butter Cup Chocolate Cookies
2 1/2 c all purpose flour 3/4 c unsweetened cocoa 1 tsp baking soda 1 c sugar 1 c firmly packed brown sugar 1 c butter or margarine, softened 2 tsp vanilla 2 eggs 48 miniature Reece's Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
Heat oven to 375. In a small bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa and baking soda. In a large bowl, beat sugar, brown sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs; beat well. Take chopped peanut butter cups and stir in to batter.
Use a tablespoon and drop cookies on an ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Cook at 375 for 7 to 10 minutes or until cookie shows cracks. Take from oven and let cool on cookie sheet for 1 to 2 minutes before removing. Place on a wire rack to cool completely. Makes about 3 1/2 to 4 dozen.
