1 cup butter, softened
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup diced peeled pears
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons milk

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and cream cheese. Gradually add
flour and salt.
