Sesame Wheat Crackers

1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 Tbs wheat germ
3 Tbs toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp molasses
7/8 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Combine flours, wheat germ and sesame seeds. In a separate bowl,
combine molasses, milk and oil.

Mix wet and dry ingredients. Divide the dough in half. Roll each
half out on a greased standard cookie sheet. Sprinkle with salt,
cut into squares (a ravioli cutter works well), and bake at 350
for about 20 minutes.

These crackers were Ok but not as good as store bought ones. A few tips: oil your pans well, don't cut the cracker all the way through (they'll break apart later), and poke each cracker all the way through with a fork a couple of times or else it will bubble. Also, salt is crucial or else they're fairly bland. If your oven unevenly cooks the cracker will very significantly in doneness.
